    Returns & Exchanges

    We are happy to guarantee a return or exchange within 30 days from the date received.

    North American Returns 

    Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date received. Items will be refunded to the original method of payment minus our flat rate return fee ($30usd for North America) which includes a pre-paid return shipping label.

    International Returns

    Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date received. You are responsible for shipping the package back to us, using tracked shipping with a reliable courier. 

    Return Processing

    Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Creator Store Credit is also available which will be processed immediately upon processing your return.

    Return Criteria

    • Items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, with all original tags attached
    • Items must be in it’s original condition
    • Items must be in original packaging

    To initiate a return request, please contact us with your order #. 

    To initiate an exchange within our return policy, please contact us for assistance. The return fee as per our return policy applies. 

    Sale Items

    Discounted items over 30% cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see our size guide before making a purchase. 


    Refund deductions

    • Original shipping charges cannot be refunded
    • Return/Exchange fee: $30usd for North America
    • Items not received in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee
    • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not follow our return policy
    • Any additional service charges incurred during import may be deducted from your refund. 

    Return / Exchange Process

    • To initiate a return request, please contact us with your order number. Do not send items back without contacting us first. 

    • How it works: 
      1. Pack all return items back in the original packaging and secure all sides of the shipping box with tape. 
      2. Print out your return label and place it over the existing shipping label. Ensure that the existing barcode is completely covered. (A return fee will be deducted from your total refund. If this is an exchange, the return fee is due before the replacement order is dispatched.) 
      3. Drop off the package at your local carrier or authorized drop off centre. Grab a receipt for your records. 
      4. Once we receive your return package, you will receive a Return Shipment Confirmation email and the return will be processed within 7-10 business days.
      Note, if this is an exchange order, we will process your replacement order for dispatch once we receive your return.

    • We do not have control over the original customs/duties/taxes paid. Many countries have a program to cover refunded items purchased from foreign suppliers. Please check with your local border services agency for details.

    • We ask that you ship your return within 10 calendar days from when you received your return label.

    Store Credit

    • Store credit will never expire
    • Store credit is issued digitally via email, we do not use plastic gift cards 

    Order Issues

    • We handle order issues case by case, so please reach out to us immediately upon receiving your package

    Order Modifications / Cancellations

    • If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We cannot cancel orders that are already processing. 
    • If your package is already in transit, we are unable to intercept / re-route packages.
