Orders ship from our HQ in Toronto, Canada. Shipping times exclude our 1-3 business day processing times.

Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed within 7-21 business days. Kindly note, US returns will be delivered to our US partner facility, and then must reach our facility in Canada. SwapWear® Store Credit is also available which will be processed immediately upon processing your return.
Ensure that items are in pristine condition, with no signs of wear, washing, damage, use, alterations, and with all original tags intact.
Items at a discount of more than 30% are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns of items not in original condition may incur a restocking fee. We retain the right to decline returns that do not adhere to our return policy. Your refund may be reduced by any import service charges.
For international shipments (excluding Canada and USA), customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes. If the order total is below the 'Tax De Minimums / Duty De Minimis', no taxes or duties are required. Click here for country-specific de minimus rates.
To modify or cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders that are already processing cannot be canceled.
